Thai Yoga Massage and Acupressure

Traditional Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient form of therapeutic bodywork. Its roots originate in India from where it was brought to Thailand over 2,000 years ago by Ayurvedic doctors and Buddhist monks. This preventative form of ancient health care will leave you feeling balanced, reinvigorated and inspired. Thai Stretching  is traditionally done on a Thai Yoga Massage Mat, lying on the floor on the mat fully clothed. This is a truly relaxing experience that integrates a deep level of mind and body awareness as well as deeply increase flexibility an range of motion.

Thai Yoga Massage stretching can also be done on the massage table, combined with sports massage include: elements of acupressure and deep tissue work, energy balancing, breath work, assisted yoga stretches & meditation. This therapy offers a full mind, body healing experience.

Please be sure to wear something light and comfortable such as sweats or yoga pants. For these modalities,  the client remains clothed.

Together we will develop a plan to accomplish your goals, create your home practice , and learn correct structure and alignment for you body. Sessions can also include yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, pranayama, adjustments, massage, thai yoga massage and affirmations.
