Writing Your Body's Stories:
Yoga and Journaling for Personal Growth
This integrative workshop experience combines yoga, guided meditation and therapeutic journaling to promote self-understanding, self-acceptance, and beautiful transformation. Gather in community with like-minded folks and move through a transcendent guided practice of asana, meditation, writing prompts, and discussion around a central therapeutic theme, integrating mind and body to express, understand and grow. Each month will explore a different theme on the path to svadhyaya; the yogic practice of self-study.
Open to all. Please bring a journal and pen or pencil.
