CANCELLATION & NO SHOW'S POLICY

The nature of our business allows our therapists income opportunities when they are working with clients.           A “No Show” or last minute “Cancellation” greatly affects our therapists income due to the inability to book  services with another client in that appointment time. 

We require a 24-hour courtesy cancellation or reschedule call.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, you waive the right to the remainder of your appointment. In the event of a no show or that a 24-hour notice is not given, we will charge the guest account 100% of the services missed. This amount must be paid before reserving any future appointments. More than 24 hours notice, the client may reschedule without penalty, but will lose any discounts or price changes if any.


Please be mindful when making your appointments, and communicate as soon as you might need about making any changes to avoid penalties.
