We practice yoga as  an act of devotional love to the beauty of it all. And so it is.

Restorative classes are a great way to begin yoga for the first time, and also a great benefit to seasoned practitioners and athletes. We practice yoga to find balance in both our bodies and our minds.  There are many ways to practice yoga, not all yoga is so focused on the physical postures.

We will practice cultivating Metta, compassion and loving kindness towards ourselves and others. A safe place and set time for relaxing, replenishing, restoring, and rejuvenating our mind, body, and soul. So the creative expression of our lives can flow effortlessly from an endless well of groundedness, and love. Experiencing this union of mind, body and breath, dissolves the ego, eliminates our feeling of separateness and loneliness and reminds us of our pure awareness and collective consciousness.
